ICON:   D18 ROTARY CAP SORTER

The D18 is a rotary type sorter designed for flat caps ranging from 28mm – 43mm in size.  This capper is capable of speeds from 20 caps per minute to 250 caps per minute and comes with an adjustable stand.  The hopper is capable of holding up to 700 caps and enables the operator to view the cap levels.

ICON:   E24 ROTARY CAP SORTER

The E24 Cap sorter is electrically driven, uses no air and emits no vibration.  It has a large capacity hopper for holding caps and comes complete with stainless chute, stand can cap pick up.  Operator can view cap level.

ICON:  JB CAP SORTER

The JB Cap Sorter is designed to receive bulk caps at a controlled rate from an “Icon Cap Elevator” or “Blower”.  Refer to “Icon Cap Elevator” and “Blower”.  The JB Cap Sorter operates by selecting a cap from a sorting plate then discharging it from the Sorter via a cap chute. The cap is then applied by means of a cap applicator. 

The complete sorting and applicator assembly is mounted on a stainless steel support frame which is mounted off the filling unit.

JB Cap Sorters are ideal for flat, sports and cream caps, sizes 28mm – 90mm.
