Pick-n-Place, Foil Heat Sealing Units & Foil Press

Icon Equipment offer various capping units featuring quick change capping chucks that add versatility in changing cap size and containers.  Snap caps, snap-screw and screw caps can be run on the same machine.  Quick change capping chucks also allow for capping of PET, HDPE or glass bottles on the same station.  Tool-less change parts make changeover quick and easy.  An NSC (Neck Support Capper) that support the bottle’s neck shoulder during the cap application, is also available. This support offers more control when capping lightweight PET bottles.

We also offer heat seal, ROPP, crown seal, pick ‘n place and corking capping options are also available. 

These cappers can be integrated on the filler or stand-alone type configuration to suit your particular requirements.
